Sunset Molecular Discovery LLC was founded in July 2002 by Tudor I. Oprea.

Its focus is understanding chemistry:biology interactions, with emphasis on lead and drug discovery. SMDL integrates knowledge from target-driven medicinal chemistry with clinical pharmacokinetics data in WOMBAT-PK, and provides up-to-date coverage of the medicinal chemistry literature in WOMBAT, as it appears in peer-reviewed journals.

Using multivariate analyses, SMDL has developed unique fingerprints that are focused on biologically-relevant datamining techniques. Contact us for more information.
